Do you work with anxiety and overthinking?

How do I know if therapy is right for me?
Therapy can be helpful if you’ve noticed patterns that continue affecting your emotions, relationships, stress levels, or sense of self—even if you cannot fully explain why. Many people begin therapy simply knowing they are overwhelmed, emotionally tired, stuck in survival mode, or ready for something to feel different.
What approaches do you use in therapy?
My work integrates trauma-informed, somatic, attachment-focused, and evidence-based approaches while considering the emotional and nervous system patterns influencing how people experience themselves, relationships, and stress.
